BIOGRAPHY
Ben Watts has been manager of the Academy since it started two seasons ago and has worked at the College for over four years.
Currently on his UEFA A licence Ben started the Academy with an ambition of getting talented players seen by professional clubs who may not have had the opportunity in the past.
The Academy has grown over the past two years and will have a record number of players in its third season in September and this was always Ben’s idea when he first started the Academy.
Ben’s experience as a coach has seen him work with some very talented and experienced coaches at Kettering Town and Peterborough United’s youth sides and he will continue to work hard to develop the Academy players so they are prepared for professional clubs.
