Friday saw the last game for the current squad against a strong Great Oakley side played at Harbrough Town.
With a strong squad available selection was difficult and a strong starting XI was named.
The game started positively with both sides attacking and BHCFA had chances to take the lead early on before Joe Wright scored his eleventh goal of the season.
Oakley came back strong and scored a good goal on the break with there pace and strength too much for the Academies defence.
The Academy looked to be struggling as half time approached but Ibrahim Odeyinka scored with a well hit strike to give the home side the lead going into the break.
The next goal was going to be crucial and Seun shedowu scored from a corner with a well taken header and sparked one of the better celebrations of the season!
With all six subs being used the game did lose shape but the Academy still had chances to score more but when the final whistle came the score finished 3-1.
Man of the match went to Seun Shedowu for his well taken goal and work rate and all of the squad can be proud of there final performance in front of a good size crowd at Northampton road.
